"I contacted Foothills and I didn’t think they would consider 4 acres enough to be worthy of protection but I was so wrong. They came out and we walked the property and they said “we’ll take it on”. That was one of the highlights of my life and I mean that sincerely. I highly recommend a conservation easement to anyone that might be considering preserving their property. You can still leave your land to your loved ones. If you want to see it maintained in the state that you love it in, don’t hesitate."
