If you have a piece of property you’d like to donate to Foothills Land Conservancy, you can grant us all rights, title, and interest—or shift ownership to us over time.
Depending on your wishes, we may . . .

- Sell it as a protected property under a conservation easement
- Sell it “as is” to fund important initiatives
